This is a great comeback from Pakistan after the shamefull defeat against west indies. Everybody trolled pakistan for the performance of the first match of the world cup 2019. However, this win was must needed for pakistan team.

Initially, England won the toss and elected to fielding first. But, pakistani openers completely thrashed England bowlers. Also, Babar Azam played a good knock.

On the other hand, pakistan’s middle order responded quite well. Experienced player Hafeez and Sarfaraz played a good knock of 84 & 55 runs respectively.

For England only Moenn Ali’s Bowling performance was upto the mark .He took 3 wickets for just 50 runs in 10 overs.

The captaincy of Sarfaraz was really good. Giving, first over to Shadab Khan was a really good tactic against Roy & Bairstow.

England lost wicket in the intervals which gave the pakistan team to pressureize the England team.

On the other hand, Root & Buttler played wonderful knock. Root scored 107 off 104 balls including(10 fours and 1 six) and butler scored 103 runs off 76 balls (9 fours and 2 sixes).

The 48th over from Wahab Riaz changed the course of the match. He took two important wicket of Moeen and woakes.
